Returns Policy

You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by ProtectMeFirst.Com before product(s) is returned.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

WARRANTY

We guarantee all DefenduPlus.Com products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states or cities.

We use a flat rate shipping method.  Any order placed under $50 will incur an $5 shipping fee.  Orders usually ship within 24 - 48 hours.  We ship via UPS or USPS priority mail.
